I spend hours roaming around fabric stores hoping to find the right kind of fabric for Eowyn’s costume that I had in mind, but to no avail, until I saw this beautiful dark blue velvet that got me thinking about the Arven’s mesmerizing dress. That’s how this cosplay costume came to be.
